Refunds are subject to service provider (hotel/transport/airline) rules.

Processing time for refunds is 7–15 working days after cancellation confirmation.

Service charges, convenience fees, and non-refundable components will be deducted.

If the booking is non-refundable (as per supplier), no refund will be issued.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email/WhatsApp with booking reference.

Cancellation charges will be as per hotel/airline/transport policies plus company service fees.

Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of travel) will be treated as 100% chargeable.

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving 25% advance and issuing a booking confirmation voucher.

Until confirmation, all services are subject to availability and price change.

Clients must provide valid ID proofs, travel documents, permits (where required), and ensure all details are accurate.

The company will not be responsible for loss/delay of services due to incorrect or missing documents.

If the booked hotel is unavailable due to operational reasons, a similar category hotel will be provided without prior notice.

Any upgrade requested by the client will be at an additional cost.

Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing our customized itineraries and quotations with competitors or third parties.

Any misuse may lead to booking cancellation without refund.

As per Government regulations, only postpaid SIM cards work in Jammu & Kashmir. Prepaid connections (from outside J&K) will not be functional.

Clients must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) at all times.

Weather conditions and road blockages may affect the itinerary; the company will not be liable for delays or cancellations due to natural conditions.

100% payment is mandatory in advance for flight tickets, train tickets, and Volvo bus tickets.

Once booked, tickets are non-transferable and subject to airline/railway/bus cancellation & refund rules.

Name/Date changes are governed strictly by the airline/railway/bus policies and may attract additional charges.

In case of no-show or missed departure, tickets will be considered 100% non-refundable.

ransportation charges for children will be applicable only if a separate seat is reserved for them.

Children aged 0 to 3 years will not be charged for transportation if no individual seat is allocated.

For children above 3 years, transportation charges will apply irrespective of sharing arrangements, if a separate seat is reserved.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that seats for children are booked in accordance with the above policy.

The company reserves the right to update or modify the transport policy at any time without prior notice.
